Service Cancellation
Since we provide consultation and planning services for garden and yard aesthetic design, rather than physical products, our return policy focuses on service cancellation and refund procedures. You may cancel your service agreement within 48 hours of signing, subject to the terms outlined in your specific service contract.
If you have received partial services, such as an initial consultation or design planning documents, refunds will be calculated based on the services already provided and the remaining balance of your agreement.
Refund Process
Refunds for garden design services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction with our garden planning services.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Design Modifications
We understand that garden design preferences may evolve. If you need modifications to your design plan after initial delivery, we offer revision services. Minor adjustments may be included in your original service package, while significant redesigns may require additional consultation fees.
